Man. As much as I want a killer JRPG game for XBOX 360, Final Fantasy's new battle system is pretty impressive. They'll mod that **** like hell for 13. I don't see how Lost Oddyssey can compete. Especially with the limited timing, it'll be hard to start all over again with the battles. Graphics? It doesn't make a game and we won't know untill both comes to for comparison.

Blue Dragon flopped for being super generic. Eternal Sonata didn't and made up for it. Now let's see how LO will fare...
Mostly all jrpg's have simplistic battle systems and havent evolved much since they became mainstream. fighting over which game has a slightly less archaic system seems pointless.
