I only like DMC4 out of those and the ps3 still has it so I am all set.

Sony loses exclusives for new IPs.

Example, losing Katamari to gain Katamari's successor, Nobinobi boy.

Yea that article is far from acurate, Assasins Creed was only RUMORED exclusive and GTA was only ever timed exclusive. Overall the rest of the games are not worth throwing money at. The truth is none of these game are games that made the PS2 a big hit. VF didnt help SEGA and the PS2 was only its adopted home after killing the dreamcast.

I am happier with sharing these games and having Sony spend money on its first party games like Uncharted, HS, Rachet and Clank, Killzone, etc.. then having SOny spend millions to keep DMC or VF exclusive.

All of those games are still on the PS3 on top of other top sellers like Jak and Dexter, MGS 4, FF, GT, Rachet, GOW, etc..

Devil May Cry 4: Yup, major hit to sony, but hey, doesnt stop DMC5 and 6 being exclusive (MGS2 anyone?) but still, thats a hit in the face

Katamari: Replaced with a new IP.

VF5: a very meh game IMHO. Tekken will smoke this

Assassin's Creed, never announced just for PS3. GTA IV, Sony let it go for a new franchise, so not lost. Maybe that's why it wasn't included. Sony is all about new first and secondparty titles, and we saw how kickass those look. Also, how about snatching timed exclusives from UT3 and Haze?

I dont think Ace will flop, unless they do a crappy story as in Ace Zero. But it should pack lots of new stuff, plus the online. Though I will be waiting for the PS3 version to come since the 360 controller is uncomfortable imo.

But one thing is most likely to happen, and its that sold units may flop, main reason it went multi, to avoid this from happening, since past Aces have sold poorly.
