lots of broken launch games and scummy practices like on disc DLC. Will you keep preordering games this gen?

the only game i have EVER preordered is halo collection because i got it bundled with my xbox. whats the point preording, game is not getting sold out and the additional stuff they offer is just gimmicky anyway

There are a handful of companies I have faith in that they will make everything work no matter what. But for the other 90% of the big games I'll buy I will probably stop pre-ordering most if not all of those.

Should of pre ordered Bayonetta 2 special edition but when it was released there was a spare copy so i had that. No point in the UK if im honest.

And no, I don't pre-order games. Last time I did was about 7 years ago I think.

People pre order games because they're gullible, stubborn or impressionable. none of which have anything to do with "having a backbone" or whatever. What I'm getting from this is that you think boycotting the industry, or at least the current model, would be the equivalent of "having a backbone". Well, no. That's just a choice you can make.

Remember that this is an entertainment industry. not an authoritarian dictatorship.

I never pre-order. Nonetheless, I haven't had any problems with Nintendo games. We'll see how Smash 4 goes for Wii U.

I never pre-order anyway. It's not like stores ever run out of stock.

The only games I've preordered in the last 10 years were the last story and xenoblade chronicles. I own an unopened copy of both with a limited edition art book. Preordering is for suckers. I could have not preordered last story and been fine but it's only necessary for games like xc.

lol that's like asking if a cow says moo. The preorders will continue because people are desperate for a game to validate their purchase.

Well that depends of the game. If it's a game like Fire Emblem, the best thing to do is pre order because Nintendo won't send many copies of the game out. If it's CoD, lol no.
