LucasArts announces a Star Wars exclusive game for the Wii "Wii Wars"

'LucasArts today announces it is developing a new title based on the legendary 'Star Wars' series for the Wii. The game will be titled 'Wii Wars' and will be based on the original trilogy of the series. Utilising the Wii remote 'Wii Wars' has you slicing and dicing your enemy storm troopers in first person. Whether or not this will be 1:1 has yet to be answered. The nunchuck also plays a big part of the game as it helps you unleash your Jedi powers to quickly push enemies away from you. LucasArts also gave hints of the game using Wii Connect 24/7. According to sources development still has some ways to go, but the title should be due no later then holiday 2008.'Here's the only released screenshot:
