Ms has always been about specs from day one. The original xbox specs were pushed and so was the 360's. So was the ease of development vs other consoles. Now I have to think if they are not talking that sony must have the better specs. I think Sony caught Ms with their pants down. They never thought sony was going to have the better gpu or better memory or even the same amout of memory. 

When all the specs were dropped and Sony said no drm and 399 was the price panic set in for xbots. I like the 360 but after MS showed they ass I am done with them. Every which way Sony has the leg up. The clincher was Sony said they have 30 exclusives and 20 will hit in the 1st year. Of the 30 wait for it 12 are brand new IP's. Sony even said psn+ will have cross game party chat and custom sound tracks like the 360.

Hell they even put a headset in every box. Lems have got a rude awakening for the next gen. Ms has just pulled a ps3. Can they recover sure but it will e a long way off if ever.

If The Last of Us  had sold only 100 copies, it would have been 100 copies more than the last 1st party game for the Xbox360 in the last 2 months... because THERE WAS NONE!

memory is memory, GPU is GPU.

The data move engines are there only to backup the sluggish DDR3, they have nothing to do with the CUs of the GPU and they cant replace the lacking CUs in the GPU for the life of them.

It makes sense.  Considering how fast news spreads  and how far out of proportion things can get online, I would keep it under wraps as well.  The PS4 is already looking attractive in many ways, why would MS shoot themselves in the foot AGAIN.
