Funny, the entire defense of the Wii as a system revolves around its sales success. Good to know people are finally beginning to realize commercial success doesn't equal quality.

No, The Wii version was the 3rd best selling version, the First and Second place were taken by the 360 and DS respectively.
There is no feature that the Wii is capable of adding that other systems are not - however the 360 & PS3 version can have sound (discrete surround)

How does surround sound affect gameplay in a sports game? Please elaborate, you DO know the Wii is capable of displaying sound right? lol.
graphics (720p+)

I'll give you the graphics argument.
, online (real infrastructure vs. friends codes), multiplayer (greater system power and online capabilities),

Third party and, in some cases, first party developers can have their own online system and looking back on previous versions, EA hosts their own games(MOH: H2, Madden 07/08, etc) and they turn out to be the exact same thing on all other versions, without friend codes that is. And What does "system power" have to do with multiplayer? We all know the TG-16 had up to 5 players on a single system which means, by your logic, that it's more powerful than a 360 and a Ps3 because it has more "system power" for multiplayer.
add-on content (hard drives vs memory cards, and again online infrastructure) and features (system power) that the Wii version is incapable of.

Again, Nintendo isn't forcing developers to take out downloadable content in the Wii version of their games, all they have to do it code the game to save on SD cards, like Guitar Hero World Tour and Rock Band 2 will, and yes I'm talking about the Wii version. And "memory cards", as you call them can go up to 32 GB each nowadays, SD's write much faster than HD's and are non-volatile, which means there aren't moving parts that can wear down or easily break on against shock. So hard drives < "memory cards".
I ask AGAIN, what kind of features the 360 adn PS3 version will have that cannot be done on the Wii because of "system power".
