Darkwatch was one of my favorite games last gen, and probably in my top twenty favorite games of all time, but the part where you have to fight to join the Darkwatch and they put you in the sunlight was annoying. They place you in an arena that looks like a western town and the middle is filled with sunlight. There are literally dozens of enemies that constantly attack you, and you have to keep moving to live. If you made one wrong move you would end up running into more enemies or into the sunlight. I loved the game, but that part was way too intense and difficult for it's own good.
Mark of Kri was just overall a very frustrating experience, I would take on four guys and I had to knock every piece of their armor off, which took forever. The enemies were tough enough without having to go through all that, and the game was very hard, too hard.
City of Heroes sucked. It's enemies were either way too weak and didn't offer enough experience, or way too powerful to be worth the trouble.
[QUOTE="hyruledweller"]Mario Kart DS can annoy me, its the fact while you are a few yards from the finish line and being first, when suddenly a blue shell comes flying round the corner and you know you are screwed.DA_B0MBLol I don't know why that was so damn funny... haha i know
two times that are most recent that i remember (there are many i dont  )
1. GoW, in that hell stage where u have to jump on $hit and stuff,, i mean,, i bought an action game for god sake not a platformer, i nearly gave up on that stupid stage
2. Rogue galaxy.. the final boss
spoilers... it's like 9+ battles after each other with no save or nothing, and u have to play with all charecters (even the **** once that i never played with)... and if u die, u gonna repeat all that... guess what happened when i died Â

LOL, I got this idea from the guy who made the thread about losing patience with video games.Worst: 1. When I was 15 there was a game competition for a PS2 at our local mall. I was one of the lucky ones to pick up a PS2 early during the launch period, but I wanted to take that second one and hawk it on eBay. All of the games in the tournament were sports titles I'd never played before (sadly slalom skiing is apparently more of a sport than footba...er, soccer). I made it all the way to the top (not exactly stiff competition though) and played some kid at NBA 2K1 (I *think* it was 2k1...) He was Kings, I was Lakers. It was back and forth the whole game and I was up by 2 with literally 1 and a half seconds remaining. The game automatically called a timeout for him and he chucks the ball in at the backend of his own half of his court and takes a wild, 90-foot court shot. 3 points. Swoosh. It still haunts me to this day. I can't get mad at the FIFA computer anymore though. Even when I play with an Israeli club team I can still down France or Brazil on World Class at least by a deficit of 5. They just become predictable pretty quick.
I've never gotten to the point where I've thrown a controller at a television screen or punched a wall. But two stories:
So I'm watching a couple of my friends playing Madden. One of them is one of those guys who goes on 4th down everytime no matter how manyyards. Anyway my other friend didn't know this, and I can tell he gets perturbed because he likes to play "by the rules". So the games close, but on the last drive the other dude goes for it on 4th and 20 and actually gets a first down and scores. He starts screaming, "that takes no skill to do that! That takes no skill!" Dude walks out and to this day they don't talk.
Maddest I ever got was while playing FIFA and getting scored on with a BS goal from the computer. I cussed so loud my neighbor knocked on the door. My girl doesn't sit around me when I play sports games anymore because of it.

I'm not one to get angry at games, but my friend's 8yr old brother goes absolutely mental. I have two stories:
1. He died while playing Sonic on the computer, and started crying!
2. My friend was playing Just Cause. He was free falling down towards an enemy base or something, and his little brother comes in. My friend was about to deploy his parachute, but his little brother is like "NO! THEY'LL SEE YOU!" so he doesn't. He's getting very close to the ground, and says that he's going to deploy it. His little brother then dived on him, took the controller, threw it against the wall, then ran off crying! My friend hit the ground and died.
That kid is either EXTREMELY immature or he has some very deep issues.I'm not one to get angry at games, but my friend's 8yr old brother goes absolutely mental. I have two stories:

The maddest I've ever gotten at a game is with R:FOM, I spent $60 on that game and it sucked, I was so mad.KrazyKenKutarag
Ya it sucked because you realized how much better it looked than Gears of War

Thats nothing one time me and my younger brother were playing all star baseball 03 and once i started to get a big lead he began to cry and get super pissed and threaten to "BREAK THE FIN CONTROLLER IF U DONT LET ME WIN" i was like holy crap this kids phsyco but just told him to stfu and continued to whoop on him.
O and u guys have no idea how much me and him have fought cause of videogames, he was a scratcher when we were little, i still have scares back from playing Tecmo Super Bowl.....aww memories.
I once threw my controller at my wall after playing really poorly at Halo 2 online. I've also slammed by controller on the ground after repeatly getting my ass handed to me in Rockstar Table tennis.
I also tend to swear a lot when I play games...but not into my headset- I'm not one of those kids who screams racist remarks while playing online.
here's the ultimate mario kart blue shell frustration:
this was a long time ago, i don't remember what track it was. anyway, i'm in first. a blue shell gets thrown. the blue shell is still coming and i get knocked off the track. when i get dropped back on the track, i still have first. then the blue shell reaches me. not pretty.
also frustrating is when you're in 4th and you still get nuked by the blue shell b/c everyone's so close
