mafia 2, pc or you're doing it wrong

If you want to buy the inferior version of the game for more money thats you. Might as well game on an SDTV if that's how you feel about it. But you're not going to tell me you'd rather play your games on a SDTV over an HDTV now would you?

I have no problem with you paying $10 more for slower loading, inferior resolutions, inferior framerate, inferior AA, and inferior draw distances, coupled with the lack of physX.

Your money not mine. You can do whatever you please with it.

The differences seem to lie with the inclusion of some excellent physx (which kills your FPS unless you set the clothing physics to just your character) and added resolution and better particle effects etc.

Either way, console owners are gonna get a great experience from it.

Hopefully the demo builds are not final, because that framerate is insufferable. Other than that the 360 demo at least, is alright.

I shall be swapping my Mafia II pre-order for something else and pick up the PC version instead. Anyone thinking of doing the same, and who lives in the vicinity of England, should order from HMV and get a free copy of Public Enemies on blu-ray.

PC version of mafia 2 is so much better than the PC version of GTA4

imo all GTA modders should move to this game

what about people that dont have a mid-spec plus PC?

PC version looks great but it better fully support a 360 controller, TPS and driving isnt great with a keyboard and mouse

Actually, if the DLC is bundled on the disc itself, with the DLC download simply unlocking it (which has happened with several recent titles), I wouldn't be surprised if someone makes a mod that can restore it if it's present on the PC disc awaiting a non-exclusive release later on.
