I'm sure you can find unflattering still shots just the same as you can find more ideal still shots, how about seeing the game in motion because it's shaping up to be something surprisingly good, not a GTA killer or anything but something worthy of not being so easily dismissed. So after having played this game, which let's be honest: 99.99% of the complainers here haven't, I gotta say the graphics look absolutely fine. GTA V may trump it in draw distance and model detail on PC on highest settings, but Mafia III has some insane attention to detail.
People that say this game looks as good as Mafia II are smoking some really, really bad crack. And you not to go see the doctor because the crack is affecting your eye sight.

Rockstar (North) = Godstar (North), they are literally the best video game developer the world has ever seen. The amount of effort put into these titles... I cannot begin to comprehend how they do it.
They have been outdoing themselves and staying light years ahead of competition since the inception of DMA Design, but also been making fanboys fill with jealousy, especially some Nintendo fanboys.

Rockstar (North) = Godstar (North), they are literally the best video game developer the world has ever seen. The amount of effort put into these titles... I cannot begin to comprehend how they do it.

Rockstar has not made a single game that is not boring. come on. best developer was Valve but they dont make games anymore so now its ID software.
Mafia 1 is still better than all GTA games combine. when it comes to gameplay or story. its still greatest third person action game ever. and now developers turn Mafia into GTA clone. and thats why game looks terrible. because Mafia 1 was unique, mafia 3 is generic open world games.
also agreed about witcher 3. its overrated but still better than GTA.

The music is just so good. It adds so much to this game that it's set in the 60s.
The only thing I dislike is that I have to kill so many witnesses. Only to then have to kill the witnesses who witnessed me killing witnesses.

Somebody witnessed me stealing a car. I drove over him (well, the normal way of taking him out can be done silently) and then a women saw that and ran for the cops. Haha, the game is actually full of neat moments. I came into a restaurant where did they didn't allow blacks, and I robbed the place.

A games development budget has just as much of an effect on a games graphics as the hardware it's running on. I highly doubt this game had a development budget anywhere near GTA 5.
