MAG 7/10 @ iGN

This is the US review, not the UK; so it's post-beta. : ) It's about what I expected, and I will be buying or possibly renting it in the near future. Thoughts?

Average game got an average score, nothing surprising here.

Expecting an 8 here, the GSreviewer who is in the midst of playing it seems to like it so far.

There is not a single person ever who has said that, with MW being the big man on campus now I don't think I've even heard that phrase since Killzone.

pretty low if you ask me, especially with the praise the game isrecieving from many owners.

7 is a decent on IGN, so its not great so average seems about right.

If you use gamespots history with IGN reviews they tend to rate lower then IGN, but im leaning on it getting a 7-7.5.

The game looked pretty fun, and I was really never a big CoD fan, so I still might pick it up since I don't really play that much fps's. An online only game needs to bebetter than average though...

I didnt see anyone sayign it was the HALO killer, but I did see alot of people sayign AAA awhile back.

For me personalyl I really enjoyed the beta for this, looking forward to the full game.. even if it is a flop in terms of reviews. Shadowrun and Gothic3 didnt get the best reviews but i enjoyed those games.

Except no one has used Halo killer since CoD4, its an obsolete term about a series with waning popularity. If anything Killzone 2 might have been called the Halo killer, but even that was drowned out with all the CoD killer claims, as well as the staggering defeat it gave ODST in scores in 2009. So stop being an ignorant fanboy, because no one has said that about MAG, EVER.
