The TC did fail with the article he linked, however, Gamespot hinted at FF13 going to 360 because PS3 was not doing as well as SE had budgeted for and they may need to take that action just to make money. If that is the case expect SONY to pretend it is exclusive as long as possible like they did with Assassain's Creed. Devil May Cry 4 went multiplat in order to make $$ and that game is not likely the last to do this.

TGS trailer confirmed it was PS3 exclusive and that was 1-2 weeks ago, so its not happening.
