Make it or break it, Nintendo event October 2nd(TOMORROW WOOT)

This will be the make or break for nintendo in my eyes, if i have nothing to play i will compleatly shed the title of Sheep and go all out lemming.darkspineslayer

How can you say that when deblob just came out? I've been playing it, and I'd say it's almost as good as SMG. Warioland is a good game too, just not long enough to be more than a rental...still, it's worth playing!

There is a 2 day U.S. conference tomorrow and Friday as well? Awesome! I have a lot of hope for a Fatal Frame IV US release date now. :D

Now that I agree with. Still, there's a lot of third partylove on the way and a good game is a good game. Third parties have a hard enough time on nintnedo consoles, so support them. Don't play JUST nintendo games on nintendo consoles. Don't be that guy.

No, but that's not on the wii. It's on the DS where third party support is plenty.

the sequels you just named (save for banjo) all came out last gen. nintendo's been reusing it's main franchises since the nes. don't you think something new would be good for a chance?

And what's wrong with bringing out games in the franchises that people enjoy? Does it make it less of a game if Halo came out during the NES era? Does it make any of those any less of a game if they were older?

Plus, people like you keep ignoring the new games that Nintendo brings out. Last gen they brought Eternal Darkness, Geist, Pikmin, and Animal Crossing. This gen they've announced Disaster so far. There is new stuff that they will bring out, but that doesn't mean that people can't or are wrong for expecting their favorites like Zelda and Mario.

If people enjoy those games, what's the big deal? I don't like Halo at all, and yet, I'm not there always saying "Can't MS do anything new? It's always Halo, Halo, Halo."

Yeah, now when I think about it, other then the big, Zelda, Smash Bros, mario platformer, smash bros title, etc other then the odd new thing like Pikmin, not much sells well from nintendo, or in general... as long as they make those titles really good, its pretty much enough, if they deliver, but other then Galaxy, we haven't had a really good major nintendo title.

They didn't change nearly as much as like Sunshine to Galaxy, thats not change, its more of the same.

The fact of the matter is that they are still great games.
