Hardcore pc gamers probably make up about 5- 10% of the gaming market. WHY would you make a game so technologically advance that the normal end user cannot use. From a business stand point, it does not make any sense. In order for them to make money from this game, they really need to deploy it for the consoles.

The game is scalable. You don't NEED to play it at max. Also, it sets a new standard, which is a good selling point.

It can only be done on the PC no current console could handle it without it being severl downgraded.
