I find it so funny that this is making news. It's as if internet streaming has just become something new to the world and this is the first guy to expose a naked body on it. Console peasants seem to be amazed by the ability to stream a webcam over the internet.

I'm pretty sure that rule is related to video game nudity. It is a gaming stream website after all. Real life nudity I'm guessing is strictly forbidden even with that mature content indicator on your channel. Twitch is a not a porn site.

I know it's been reported that Sony tos state they can monitor your communications so this could possibly lead to this policy coming online full time.
