hey ive seen some interactive movies before like dvd special feature where if you press left you will kill somebody or whatabout those goosebumb books with the multi paths. Again if the person is crazy anything could set them off not just games and it dosent have to be interactive anybody in their right mind though wont do anything after playing a violent video game. heck i could even say the game in your sig is viloent makes me want to get a firing squad

Nothing helps. It doesn't mean you can outlaw/ban it. Calling people mean names doesn't help the world, but we can't outlaw/ban words. Just because one person is offended, we shouldn't all be punished just because there happens to be some nuts out there.

Yeah but they are called stupid teenagers, in other words, minors. Kids should not be allowed within 10 feet of a store that is carrying the game, I would actually prefer that the game get released to adult entertainment stores, that way I as an adult can safely go and buy an extremely mature title without being persecuted for the content within the game. I think for those of us who are smart enough and mature enough, a video game will not harm us, myself being one of them, cause we know the difference between a game and real life.

Yes, because there is scientific evidence that proves violent video games can make people more likely to commit murder. What about all those horror films like Hostel where people get tortured? Like a video game, that is also entertainment, just because a game happens to be interactive does not mean that someone could be turned violent just from doing it, cause someone seeing killing in a movie could think it is ok and would go out and do it as well. The same thing can be said about GTA and rap music which promote teenagers to get involved in gangs, which is not 100% true.

Does anybody remember Eternal Darkness? It may not be as violent, but think about the game system, if somebody started feeling crazy while they were playing they'd feel obligated to put down the controller and go out and murder somebody to raise their sanity meter.
