Odds are those screens are for the PS2 version, and yes it should look like RE4 Wii Edition in terms of quality graphics, however regardless I will buy Manhunt 2 for the Wii cause I want to play it. RE4 comes out on the 16th of next month, whereas Manhunt 2 isnt until early July so its safe to say that its not completed yet, or at least what we are seeing is PS2 screens instead of the Wii ones.

I hated the original Manhut, but I'll give this a try. Pretending the Wiimote is a knife should be fun :)
