Wel if we're going by last years performance. MS will announce a few games and DLC and steal a few PS exclusives. PS will have a decent showing, and Nintendo will crash and burn again. So i guess MS wins again :/-DrRobotnik-

I think you recall wrong, considering that the damage control about that exclusive now multiplat even brought GS forums down.

The theories, complots, how SE was finished, was a traitor etc etc etc were present for many weeks later.

Have no idea what Microsoft will do for this year since ..come to think of it i never seen a single E3 for Microsoft lol not even once :P i dont have the system so i never bother to see its news , hopefully for sony we get to see some new IP's and maybe a major update for ps3 :D, cant wait for sony's E3 :D

according to cows, console exclusive don't exist. also, up until mlb the show '09 came out, cows agreed that company exclusives don't exist either. when the game got a 9 they were claiming company exclusive but the rules of gamespot state, long before the game came out mind you, that any game that is available on more than one system is considered multiplat. hence why the original gears is no longer considered a 360 exclusive after it came out for the pc a year after the 360 launch.

true, but when the game was first shown off at e3 2005, se said the game could not be done on the 360 because the game was design specifically for the ps3 and that the 360 wasn't powerful enough. funny how that turned out. that's why it was a megaton, or more nerdly accurate, teh Megatonz!!11!one

Hey I am with you, if it is available on other platforms it is no longer exclusive. I was just saying that if lemmings wanted to save some face they could try that console exclusive argument, but I don't agree with it.

I should clarify that I don't count handhelds as being at war with consoles. If something is only in PS3 and PSP then it is exclusive, if it is on PS3 and PS2 then it is not. This is just my opinion.

it's been tried before. it didn't work. if lems wanted to save face all they'd have to say is that the first gears sold one million copies in 2 weeks while it took 1.5 months for kz2 to hit one million. also, in 1.5~2 months, the first gears sold 2 million. hell halo 3 sold more in one day in just the US alone than kz2 did in 2 months. that's a good way to save face. and gears and halo3 got better scores. :)

And when it's all over, Sony will show a bunch of new IP gameplay and real exclusives, but everyone will think Microsoft won because Sony got "burned" by the exclusive DLC.

I think Nintendo need the best E3. Sony and MS both have tons of great games already and can only add to it. The Wii needs to start competing with the big boys, and not with the PS2.. My opinion of course!xsubtownerx

nope. never played them. don't have to. i was never an mgs fan (the only mgs i played was the first one on the ps and i didn't like it.) kz2 just doesn't appeal to me. i do find it ironic that cows earlier this gen bashed the lems over the fact that gears 1 was only 8 hours long and lack a story yet they praise kz2 given it suffers from the same exact faults. as for the interactive movie statement i made, it's in reference to the extremely long cut scenes and com talks. that was the reason i hated the first one. the 20 minute long com talks where all you see is a picture of 2 people and a frequency number. god those are annoying. at least i didn't make fun of the 5 10 minute installs between chapters.
