Mass Effect 2 will blow people away"all the cows will just buy it on their expensive pc's.pro-nathan-07
haha..yes ofcourse they will because you know they all have a small fortune to spend on their gamming needs with all the money they have saved up from not buying any games. Anyhow we really dont know what will happen..I mean this isn't something that came out of MS or Bioware or should I say EA. Those guys at EA don't care about anything as all they want to do is make money. We could probably see them ruin another franchise by maybe making spinoffs..imagine Masssims..or something like that.

You can count on it that MS will satisfy EA's financial needs :D
Mass Effect is like going back ten years and living the star wars movies instead of just watching it.
So what if the RPG ellements are slightly unballanced, and so what if there is camera jerkeyness, suicidal ai etc. The first Mass Effect to me is like a golden brown sunset. Anybody remember Virmire? Hot damn that mission is suspensful. I think I would have been a bit disapointed with the game if it wasn't for the original soundtrack as well.
Story driven games for the win.
playstation fans were hoping this game would end up on the ps3? :?gohan2710
Yeah since EA bought out Bioware there was the possibility of some 360 exclusives going multiplat now that EA is in charge.
Timed exclusive = no exclusive. Unless of course the PC version is cancelled. :wink:Miyomatic
We know that. What matters is the 360 is getting it first and the PS3 is never getting.

Its good to know there are die hard fanboys and Ps3 haters still out there but who cares PC FTW![QUOTE="leejohnson7"]Mass Effect is like going back ten years and living the star wars movies instead of just watching it.

lol... the more I think about that the better it sounds. I have had enough of games where we just shoot arse, and don't even stop to see whose arse we are shooting. Mass Effect is going in the right direction.

Well thats not ture. EA could make it multi if they want to. Nothing can stop them. I honestly dont care. Since I beat the 1st one and I think your story goes over to part 2. So there wouldint be a reason for me to get it for PS3.

Exactly what I am thinking. Heh, I may go play some Mass Effect right now :P
Well I was getting Mass Effect for PC but I refuse to get Mass Effect one until I hear that part 2 is coming to PC. If it doesn't come, then they can count me out on part one.http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=184788

I just hope they either make the mundane areas more detailed, unique, or interesting some how because I found myself exploring a lot of nothing in the Mako, but the first was a good start to a series with a lot of potential.

Seems a bit childish.
You can't claim an exclusive if it isn't an exclusive, to be honest.

I made the mistake of buying Mass Effect for the 360. I've learned my lesson and buying Mass Effect 2 on PC.dream431ca
I suspect more people will be doing that this time around, as they don't want to get burned again, and Bioware seems to be making no effort to hide the PC version's existence.

I never claimed it as an exclusive...

Well good luck getting your character on the PC version. Didn't think of that did ya ;)

Just download a character off the internet, with the PC you can probably force a custom save file onto Mass Effect :P I know, as I've done this many time with so many other games. :D

Eh I didn't think of that. Ah oh well.
[QUOTE="pro-nathan-07"]all the cows will just buy it on their expensive pc's.l-_-lThis is one of them you can add to that list, although I consider myself a hermit first, then cow.
Add another. Though I don't categorize myself as any of the animals. ME2 will be better on the PC anyway, not to mention also having access to the FF series.
Am I missing something??? I hear all this "NEVER coming to PS3 crap" yet when I read the article it says NOTHING about denying a possible ME 2 port. In fact all it does in reconfirm the fact that the 360 will not have ME 2 exclusive but instead time exclusive "for a short time".
EA can easily port ME 2 to the PS3 a few months later, and honestly EA is the same studio that makes games for every piece of hardware with a screen and some buttons. I have yet to see them confirm that ME 2 will not be on the PS3.

The first one isn't on the PS3. Bioware hasn't made any game for Sony.

No where does it explicitly say "not for the PS3", but then again, they don't make any mention of the system, either. They say "exclusive to the 360 for a little while", and then "but after that we'll probably bring it to the PC". I guess there is room for doubt there, but the implication, at least, is that it's a 360 timed exclusive, with a PC version being the only port currently planned.

EA has made tons of PS3 games, heck they even brought the Orange Box when Valve wouldnt to the PS3. And of course the Xbox has never had a RE or DMC by they still got DMC 4 and RE 5.
