i think sony should just bite the bullet and go ahead and cloned.......rip off carbon copy.......just do something like this game on the ps3......the only real game i think thats going to stand up to most of the ps3 exclusive next year..........besides reach but come on........its REACH

They should hire a dev. team to make their own space RPG like they did in the old days. You guys got mario well we got sonic! you guys got zelda well we got Beyond Oasis! No more of this stealing exclusives crap. If your competitor has a game you want try and make one thats better thats the way this game should work

Man, i loved Beyond Oasis on Megadrive. I thought i was the only one here who played that game :D

Buy a used XBOX for like .. i dunno 10 dollors.

They're so cheap now it's almost embarrising to go and buy one.

Along with Dragon Age and Disgaea 3, Mass Effect is one of my GOTG (Not including Fifa which is obviously the greatest game ever concieved.)

Mass effect 2 looks....AMAZING:cry:. i want this game and the first one. i dont want to buy a 360 arcade just for it. ugghh, sony should go to bioware or EA and slap a blank check on the table. anyone with only a ps3 agrees with me?....i can barley play my pinball game on my PC so dont even go there LOL

I dunno I bought ME1 for PC, well done port BTW. The game itself didn't impress me all that much, it was good is all. What media are you looking at that is making ME2 look so amazing to you?

Its a shame PS3 gamers are going to miss out on Mass Effect 2... no one should be denied such awesomeness.

Mass effect IMO will be GOTY unless last guardian gets release then it will give ME 2 a run for its money. Ps3 doesnt have to do anything Since it has amazing titles next year like GOW 3, Heavy rain, WKC, GT5(iffy), last guardian, RE 5 with motion controls, agent, 8 days(possible), getaway 3(possible), FF 13 vs, FF 14 and many others from mlb to j rpgs. The ps 3 will be fine.

On another note, I don't even know if PS3 should get this game, PS3 already has a stacked deck. Xbox360 needs something to make it a worthwhile purchase.

Mass Effect is definitely a bench mark for Sci Fi RPG, shame so many PS3 owners are going to miss out on such an outstanding trilogy.

Please don't over blow this game, the first one isn't really anything special. That's my opinion but atleast I'm no fanboy I have the game and KOTOR was better by far, some people have just never played a game like that before and thus think it was some kind of revolution.

I'm not saying part 2 couldn't be amazing (looking and KZ2, UC2 etc) but just don't try to over-praise this just because it's not on PS3.

lol, all they had to do was "call" the diffrent planets you could go to in KOTOR planets on diffent solar systems and there wouldn't be much diffrence. You can beat Mass Effect in less time than you can KOTOR...the size argument is really only applicable to the "labling" of the places you went to in both games. Mass Effect really isn't any bigger than KOTOR.

Microsoft will probably never give this to Sony. They know how big its going to be on the 360 and its probably going to sell some consoles aswell. If you have a friend with a 360 and he doesnt have a PS3 you could swich systems for a week or something, Ive done that before.

I won't buy x360 because crap hardware is low quality video and compress audio. I prefer on PS3 because high definition picture and uncompress HD audio 5.1 channel or 7.1 channel.

I own both systems so I guess I can't qualify to answer your question. But Iwill say that Mass Effect 2 does look amazing. :D
