All would suffer from multiplayer.
ME3: Would suffer the least. However the multiplayer would also not be necessary either. Just a waste of resources. Mass Effect 1+2's AI was horrible and having a player play as a companion might make it the experience somewhat. Still, a waste of resources overall.
ESV: At this time, I would rather have them fix everything that worries me right now about Skyrim (and that is a long list), than to tack on some multiplayer that will probably be abandoned after a month, since the PC versions are so heavily modding dephendant that will cause a lot of problems for PC users. Also you are the LAST Dragonborn, there are no other dragonborns on the story. Waste of resources and goes against the design in the series.
DA2: Baldur's Gate series and Neverwinter Nights had multiplayer. I recall DAO was going to have it as well, but the devs scrapped that later on... I wonder why.
I thought the multiplayer components in Demons Souls were horrible and after I while, I plugged off internet connection whenever I would play DS.
None. RPGs should never have multiplayer.

You do realize that the first (and some of the best) Roleplaying Games were built around playing with other people.
