No such thing as a Microsoft exclusive, champ. I have a gaming PC and I would play ME if it wasn't boring for me.
didnt microsfot publish the game, do you really think this is going to come out for Linux Of mac OS? you have to be crazy
There is no such thing as a MS exclusive in System Wars. Try again.

let me ask you this do you play your pc games on a windows os or a linux os or amac os?
Not by me.[QUOTE="Jandurin"][QUOTE="Udsen"]Claimed as exclusive, no?Udsen

it was published by microsoft so the game is a microsoft exclusive, you think they'll release it on a other os?

If thats your excuse, its a poor one.
not really an exclusivity lost, its still run on MS windows so really its like ms has 2 consoles out there you can enjoy it on both, but no one is gonna buy it on pc anywaysSegArgyle\
Yep Windows was made for gaming right?? Devs just choose windows because it's the most used OS. BTW MS windows has nothing to do with PC gaming, well until they started this vista exclusive thing to try to get people to adopt the OS. And no one is gonna buy it on PC? Crystal ball much?

It was exclusive, and now it's not. Stop damage controlling with the whole "Well I expected it so therefore it is not ownage".
Ok, so should i sell my 360 and get a PS3? I tought mass effect will never go multi-plat, ad now if i can play the good 360 AAAEs on the PC , why should i keep the 360 in the first place? Man MS makes me mad.bigevil_rashek
if you're looking for exclusives then why would you sell your 360 (a system with more AAAEs and AAEs than the ps3) and buy a ps3?

Mass Effect is not a MS exclusive. What's next, a game goes to Wii and therefore it's a cross-platform exclusive because it's not on PS3? Heh. Noob.

It completely invalidated your point of just because its an MS published game doesnt mean it wont come out for other OS's. In case you were wondering AoE3 plus its expansions are also ported to the Mac. So.... is this really your response, "try harder."
How about, try not making excuses like "MS exclusive"?
The same game on more than one platform is a game thats not exclusive. It doesnt matter what the platforms are, as long as its the same game.

Mass Effect is published by Microsoft, its headed to a Microsoft OS therefore its exclusive to the company i know this isnt company wars but you have to look at this from the perspective of microsoft which for them is win win. by the way that analogy doesnt make sense because like i said before mass effect is going for one OS not linux or mac

So now your goig to tell me Mass Effect is NVIDIA/ATI multiplat? cmon use your common sense, Microsoft makes 1 component.

Published by EA.. MS isn't winning anything. Also so what if it runs on windows? 360 uses intel Xeons so I'm guessing nothing from the 360 is MS exclusive Eh??

The same game on more than one platform is a game thats not exclusive. It doesnt matter what the platforms are, as long as its the same game.
the only reason that bungie let halo 1 come out to a mac os is because its an old game and the game doesnt makeany profit anymore and since they arent bound by microsoft since breaking away from them they decided to port it over to mac.
age of empires 3 is also an old game

That's not his point, he said using the ole a MS game would never go on to a make is a myth and he has debunked it.
[QUOTE="Arjdagr8"][QUOTE="LosDaddie"][QUOTE="Arjdagr8"]so is halo 3 and forza the only reason to get a 360 over a gaming pc?LosDaddie
You mean besides price, right?
yeah i guess so, then again 360 games are more expensive than pc games. and you have to pay for online.
Good idea on bringing up game prices.
Can you rent PC games?
Yes we can rent games free of charge its pretty nifty actually

[QUOTE="HarlockJC"]You know with all these MS games going to the PC part of me wonders if I should trade in my 360 and try to get a PS3_Pedro_
I wouldn't be surprised if that little fact turned out to be the reason why the PS3 is doing so great in Europe.
It really is starting to take away the point of owning a 360...But Banjo and maybe KI3 are coming out if anything it will be worth it to keep the 360 for them.

Run & Gun Control - Players can assign biotic powers or skills to 'hot keys' allowing them to play Mass Effect with a heavier focus on action. That sounds really good. I bet the PC won't have the texture pop-in issues either.SolidSnake35
of course it will, its the UT engine that does it...
even UT 3 and gears on the PC suffer from it, UT 3 not as much as gears though
