Also note that this game has already been delayed, it was originally slated for like Q1 07

You are right. I don't think it was ever announced. That's one reason I never expecteded it in May. But I never believe a release date until it is officially announced many times. For example, MGS4 is officially coming out in 2007. But since the announcement, we've heard nothing but rumours of delay and Kojima was quoted saying, "at the earliest". This sounds like a Christmas 2008 game to me.

Halo 3, howver, has been officially 2007 for a long time and has been announced many times. The Beta is coming in May. This seems like a lock for fall.

And if those games were delayed again? Also, the only 1 you know which might be fun is blue dragon (it kind of is...I just hate all the grinding) if you've played it in japan like I have.

I've got a warranty on my 360, so if it blows up...Umm, I'm just gonna pay $80 to upgrade to an Elite (or just get another Xbox for free). Man, that's gonna hurt the 'ol wallet. And as for MGSIV and FF13 (you mean an FF minus the creator of FF? wow, that'll be exciting), I'll be fine with Mass Effect, Alan Wake, Halo 3 and Lost Odyssey. But I appreciate the concern. Anyway, back to topic (I'd hate to be accused of the T word again :cry: ), Ebgames has the release date listed as June 19th now, so shouldn't that be at least a slight reassurance that the game might come out soon?

Gamespot has the release date labeled as "Q2 2007" ..which is a timeline that governs August (Edit: well, it's within 2 months :) - and I doubt this article is the gospel anyways.)

Again. It isn't a delay when a release date isn't set in the first place. A "delay" could technically only happen if Mass Effect was confirmed to be not releasing until next year, since it was already confirmed to be releasing in 2007.

You can't fail to meet a benchmark when one isn't even set. 

Well after the graphics fiasco they have to do something to it.

Lol, agreed... I'm actually excited about ff13 (somthing that hasent hapened since 9 let me down), 12 was the best one since 8, IMO, 11 was good.. but.. cant really be compared... 12 just started to capture that awe that 7 and 8 had, but 9 and 10 lacked...not quite the same as 7 and 8.. but a start..

 Now, i'd love it if BD/ LO are great and all, but i'm happy he left, if anything, ittl just give him more freedom, hopefully having him make better games... and... FF's are already better (IMO) .. so.. good all around (hopefully).
