The amount of zombies on screen is impressive. The amount of frames...not so much.
Further proof that XB1 is underpowered before release...expect gimping of textures to hit stable 30fps at launch.

Good lord cows, let it go. I swear Sony must be paying some of you to post the way you do. I hope for the sake of the human race that you guys dont do it because thats jjust the way you are :|navyguy21

Yeah get fixated on cows and ignore the damage control galore than lemmings had on the official thread for sony..Hypocrite.
Very concenred with performance, from the game this close to launch (a bit more then 3months) will usually hit gold a lot eariler then again day one patch could fix.
Played dead rising 1 and 2 on xbox360 enjoyed the game a lot, and cant play dead rising 3 @ xbox one at launch cause family decided on ps4 and I am anti kinect so have to get it post launch.
I really want this game to be good, but for a game being made for 1system to be running this bad, get that optimistion goin capcom! get mini headaches just from watching the video let alone playing.
Devs has said they are working hard to lock it at 30 fps, but most previews have been very very positive today. :) shawn30

Which is a joke because Driveclub on E3 ot slammed for frame problems yet DR3 gets a free ride, the game still has the same slow down it had on E3 that is worrysome.

First, this isnt a damage control thread. Second, i do the same when lems say stupid crap..........and like i said in a previous thread.........you dont notice those. (check my posting history, my profile is public) Lastly, you cannot possibly deny the ratio of cow to lemming threads on this side. (you are a cow, so you probably are ok with it) The industry as a whole know how crazy cows are.The amount of zombies on screen is impressive. The amount of frames...not so much.

Xbox games always trying to do too much. Xbox developers should take a page from Naughty Dog and Sucker Punch and make a game with maybe 3-8 NPC in a level.
Infamous 2 had up to 50 characters/enemies at a single time and still kept 30 fps though?[QUOTE="DrTrafalgarLaw"]Xbox developers should take a page from Naughty Dog and Sucker Punch and make a game with maybe 3-8 NPC in a level.

Really? More like 30ish. And thats later in the consoles life. DR3 is a launch game.
[QUOTE="stereointegrity"]that frame rate my godGravityX
Especially when he's running over and burning the zombies on that roller bike. Yikes.
the framerates is sync with kinects lag.[QUOTE="stereointegrity"]that frame rate my godGravityX

That wasnt frame rate dips. That was advanced slow motion techniques being used only in next gen consoles, you guys dont know anything.[QUOTE="GravityX"]

Worrisome? Lol, you couldn't care less about slowdown in an X1 gameEhhh, yes and no. Code optimizations should already have occured for a public demo. This isn't final code that they are showing, this is a highly tested vertical slice whose depot has been branched and locked weeks ago. If they are having trouble nailing framerate for a public showing, that must mean they are having a REALLY hard time. Most devs would never go to show with those kind of frame drops intact.Framerate is the last thing to get optimised.

A game still being finished isn't complete? Color me surprised.
I also didn't see any framerate drops, maybe I was too amazed at how terrible Ryan is at playing games. -- Though I did see a floating baggage carrier in the hotel.

People here react to anything and everything and never take the moment to think that a game that has just been announced might be using an older build. I HIGHLY doubt any of the launch games will be flawed in way like fps.
The amount of zombies on screen is impressive. I am pissed off. Sony's launch exclusives are so lackluster. It is gonna be the PS3 all over again. There isn't a reason to own a PS4 in the firsr year. It s a shame.
