I guess the reviewer needs glasses. there are things i saw in this game grapic wise i have NEVER seen in any other game. to name one all clothing on all AI actually move/bend and crease depending on how your character is standing.

now im SURE this has been on other games but has never been this realistic.

The graphics don't look bad, but they do look average. Considering this is equivalent of the low settings compared to the PC version, it's no surprise. Max settings on the PC version will look fantastic.

I can't wait to get this game. I heard it's extremely violent, which is a huge plus in my book.

It is. You can slow down the bullet cam and see the shots go through guys and keep firing too and see blood go everywhere. Not to mention people's faces actually cave in with the bullet impacts and you can completely disfigure them and see actual holes in their body. It's quite horrific at times

Looks solid, I love Rockstar games and belive they do an amazing job with all their products. I'll pick this up later down the road, I'm just too busy to do it currently.

Dude I was just playing UC3 last night and I can confirm those pics he posted are NOT accurate. It looks far better than that, and so does GOW3. But it's not like you guys are going to admit it, your trying so hard to justify your purchase.

I beat it and gave it a 9 as well. The game might not be as dark and morbid like the old games but still IS Max Payne and imo 3 done the name justice.

RDR's was a huge improvement over GTA IV's, but hoping this is closer to, at or above the standard set by other 3rd person shooters today.

I'll give this a pass.. what made the Max Paynes great were the noir styles and graphic novel cutscenes. Rockstar have just turned this into another generic shooter.

The gameplay has a LOT more variety to it. Most importantly, it doesn't have as much shooting involved in its campagin as Max Payne does. There are puzzels, chase sequences, platforming ect that are all done welldudegamer23

I swear, Uncharted fans can be so goddamn deluded. In what universe are the puzzles and platforming in Uncharted even close to good? The puzzles are just...bad. Truly awful and quite frankly they do nothing but hurt the game. As for the platforming, it's automated as hell. What good is variety is only one aspect of the gameplay is good? That aspect would be the shooting, and even that isn't exactly outstanding. Max Payne is all about the shooting, That's a bad thing? Better than having crappy boring tacked on puzzles and virtually automated platforming just for the sake of "variety".
