It's a fan game that was originally going to be free. They apparently just worked with the guy for some ideas and stuff.

I cannot wait. Game looks awesome. Bout time some love was thrown Blue Bomber's way, however minor it may be.

Seems like it's getting a mixed views from the fans. You have some that are excited for it while others feel that Capcom could of done better and that for the 25th anniversary of Mega Man it looks bad. I guess we will have to wait and see. However they have to stop mixing everything with Street Fighter it's getting old. But it's free so whatever.
