In all honesty, while all of those quotes might be very memorable to you and whoever you know that might know that quote as well, the most memorable quote that everyone(and when i say everyone, i mean EVERYONE!!!) knows and remembers is "HADOKEN!!!!". I don't care what you like or don't like, 99% of the time, everyone will know where this quote came from, even the female crowd who don't play games. They might not know the name of the game, but they'll know that it came from a video game for sure
