ME,resident evil 5,final fantasy 13,versus 13,tekken 6,gran turismo 5,after playing GODLY PERFECTION MGS4, can say MGS5 also.......MARIO.....what number is mario on now? like 21924895? zelda,metroid,fire emblem, call of doody 5 all disagree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!





some franchises need to live forever.....a world without a mario game wouldnt be the same...a world without the best RPG final fantasy wouldnt be the same

Ok..... maybe I shouldn't have said all... but most games that aren't Mario,Zelda,racing games or a fighting game should stop after their 3rd or 4th installment.

All I know is that I'm not buying MGS5.

If this one is more of the same, more movie than gameplay, keep it exclusive again on the blu ray player.

I never tried MGSIV.... but I had tried MGS and MGS3.... that was enough to tell me what I needed to know about the franchise

I am looking forwad too it. But please dont make snake the main character. he is done now.

Its either raiden, Big Boss again, Boss (WW2 setting anyone :P) or that ninja guy that dies in MGS1.

i hope so being a huge fan of the series, however i would rather wait an extra year and get an excellent title... you are right that being more familiar with the hardware makes it easier to work on the next project but it depends whether Konami already have the story done... if they are still working on the story i guess early 2011 will probably be the year when MGS5 gets released..

obviously this is just my opinion, however am still enjoying MGSIV and MGO is keeping me busy :)

As for your post above, they will take their time to max everything out including the story. I'm just looking forward to it already especially since MGS4 was so good.

Well, not really considering Heavenly Sword, Uncharted, Resistance, Motorstorm, Gears of War, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Assassin's Creed, Army of Two, Condemned, Saints Row, etc are all new IPs that were good.

I'm actually impressed with the number of quality new franchises.

anyway....MGS5? its gonna have to be a prequel or a completely new storyline

starring otacon and princess daisy as they save the world from rampant megazoids.

and people say MGS4's story was crazy...

they said that Snakes story is over... but then when you think about it.. he was only in 1 and 4.

2 belonged to raiden and 3 was naked snake... we got cheated out of Soild snake for 2 sequals

and not to meantion MGS Rising with raiden once AGAIN in the lead. Not to forget that he was not invovled with any of the PSP titles.

the time line is totally wrong. as one of the psp games are 6 years after MGS 3 and who did we play in 3, you knew it: the father.

So we have been cheatted enough. with that said, Ijust have to say.. NO snake. NO mgs. It is just NOT the same without him.

Soild Snake should be in MGS 5 or they should just quit after MSG 1. *best ps1 game ever*
