MGS Rising Boxart.

I'm not gonna comment on the quality of the game, because it may turn out to be excellent, but that boxart = ewwww!

for the record while most of us didn't like the new boxart, no one really bashed the game, we are saying the game doesn't look like a MGS anymore, may be they need to change the name ..... i am actually getting excited for it coz i like hack and slash games .... it has nothing to do with the x360, at least for me.

Cry Cry Whine Whine. Raiden is awesome. He went from a rookie to a cyborg veteran. Aslong as the story and pacing are on par with the rest of the franchise with unique gameplay it should play out well.

Plus MGS4's boxart was pathetic and Trash compared to this.

I'm pretty sure Kojima has clarified in the past that its going to be a stealth game. Maybe it'll be like MGS4 allowing you to either play it as a full out action game or as a tactical stealth game, except with hack and slash gameplay thrown in as well.

It is going in a very different direction, after all, now the slogan is something like "Lightning bolt action" I think. You now have a massive sword rather than a gun; to be honest, I think it couldn't be changing more other than replacing Snake with a pink fairy who plays a trombone.
