[QUOTE="Zenkuso"][QUOTE="Adonymous"]I knew MGS was cut-scenes, but not to this extent. MGSIV has less gameplay than other MGS's, and way more cutscenes...
its like an interactive movie.
I have no clue how this game got a 10...I mean the gameplay is like i said before...an afterthought.

Thats an outright lie!
MGS4 has the most gameplay in the series, if you speed rush any of the games you'll find you can beat them in 4-5 hours. To wrap up the whole story of metal gear solid in 9 hours of cutscenes and on average of 8-10hours of gameplay depending how your playing style would have been hard enough for them considering all the ties they had to finish.
You could claim that any game with a story is an interactive movie...
The gameplay an after thought...
GTFO troll.
Umm...many games have great stories (BioShock for example), and aren't 50% cut-scene.
Dude just admit it, the game has too many cut-scenes, even for an MGS game...and the gameplay is meh.
It didn't, it was made for fans!
You apparently a fan and you hate the cutscenes, the story for being wrapped up for solid snakes saga!
Don't bring that junk bioshock into this arguement, dues ex and system shock 2 are great stories! That junk is extremely easy to follow, predictable and the gameplay is lackster mediocre version of system shock 2.
Your asking that a game that uses cutscenes to tell its story to suddenly change its medium of story telling to something that would translate it into having next to little story?
great idea
