MGS4 is coming to the 360? Maybe

This forum ISN'T called "console wars" it's called System Wars and the PC is a legit system or platform for playing games. MGS was on the PC so therefore it isn't considered exclusive anymore. Just as in the same way it is with Gears of War. Just accept it and things will be so much better for you here in System Wars.

Anyone who truely doesn't think this will happen is terribly blind and needs to come to grips with reality. Konami's concerned about the profit this game will generate and by NOT having it on the 360, their profits gained from MGS4 would be 50% less (or possibly even greater).

Time to grow up cows and realize that 3rd parties won't be keeping games exclusive on the PS3. It's just a terrible business move.

why do lemming keep saying putting games 360 will max there profits but when VF5, Blue dragon, Ace combat 6 and Eternal sonata hit the 360 they ALL BOMBED

OK. Ryan Payton from Konami himself has stated that they couldnt gotten ANYWHERE from what they were showing you in MGS4 without Blu-ray. He also said that they are maxing out on the Blu-ray disc. So how exactly do you freakin take 50 gig blu-ray content and convert it to a pathetic DVD-9 disc for the 360. Open your eyes people. They are just screwing with you. Just ignore this trash and move on and enjoy MGS4 for your PS3 that the 360 fanboys will NEVER get.

Yeah like how he confirmed that mgs2 (or was it 3) will be his last mgs game. I didn't belive it but this rumor defenetly looks like it could be the truth, anyway we can't do anything but wait and see. If thats the case with mgs maybe I can get away without buying a ps3.

Even if the rumor is true, I doubt I'd care. Seeing as I own both the Xbox 360 and PS3, I'm not waiting a year to play MGS4 when I can just buy the PS3 version on day one.

Those titles may have bombed, but many other third party games have flourished on the Xbox 360. For instance, Lost Planet, Assassins Creedand Dead Rising. These games, both new IPs, sold over a million on the 360. Now, if you're a third party developer, the allure of porting a game to the 360 is almost too difficult to bear. Think about it. If a new IP such as Dead Rising can sell more than one million copies, just imagine what an established franchise such as MGS can do...

 you know i saw that article myself, and it was a fn joke, he said it with a smile on his face and a chuckle, and you have no blown it out of proportion, konami has no say over where this game goes, kojima is the only one who has control over where the game is going, its his game and no one elses, konami is just the publisher, they have no say over where the game is going, it pretty much seems like this generation will have to end before the rumour is dispelled, its been said a million times so heres one more, MGS4 IS NOT COMMING TO THE XBOX 360, IT NEVER WILL, YOU GIVE ME PROOF AND ILL SHUT UP, TILL THEN LEMMINGS = OWNED
