The game is **** anyway. It should sell quite well on 360 though since theres not really much else on 360 to play besides Halo 4, which isnt that good either.

if this does happen cows will rage. No more AAAA exclusive to brag about :P

it's a fake.. it was confirmed

It's a welcome return to the rumour, a Konami representative told Eurogamer. But there are no plans to release Metal Gear Solid 4 on Xbox 360.
[QUOTE="Meeeper282"]lol 76000 disksKurushioProbably would be 5-6 discs though lol. Maybe just 1 per chapter.
More likely just 2. If that. The graphical assets and game content in MGS4 aren't that big. They're taking up the extra space on the blu-ray with uncompressed audio, just like all PS3 games, and blu-ray movies. If they put it on 360, they'll just compress the audio to the 360's DVD standard quality, and the whole thing will easily fit on 2 discs.
"This Ps3 exlusive sucks! But I cant wait for the sequel on my console of choice!"Who cares that movie sucks!
So at least MGS5 isn't going to be exclusive to the PS4 because the Xbox 720 is going to use Blu-ray! ;)

[QUOTE="Phazevariance"][QUOTE="Heil68"]Only way lems will get a 10/10 exclusive to play. Heil68How would it be exclusive? In fact, then the PS3 wouldn't have a 10/10 exclusive anymore. :O It wouldn't, but it would be as close as they'll ever get to playing one. GTA4 is 10/10 on 360... sooo i'm confused. Also if PS3 loses MGS4 as an exclusive, then I guess its as close to a 10/10 exclusive that cows will ever get to play also. :S
I finished it just a couple of weeks ago. It was def one of the most awful gaming experiences I have ever had. Only reason I pushed myself through it was so that I could say I played it. How reviewers can give out a 10 to a game with such poor gameplay is insane. SushigluttonI own it, played half way, gave up from boredom... went back to it a year or so later, got 3/4 of the way, gave up from boredom again. I don't think I ever put it back into my console again since then.
Konami actually once again responded to this today. That's pretty quick, a one day response. They are pros at responding to this years old rumor. Konami seem to have to comment on this subject a lot.
Here's the scoop as Konami Debunked this once again :

Konami confirms 25th Anniversary Edition is PS3-exclusive, will release next month in UK; no mention of US release.
Konami today confirmed to Eurogamer that Metal Gear Solid 4: 25th Anniversary Edition is a PlayStation 3 exclusive after being first revealed by various retailers earlier this month. Today a listing was also spotted for Xbox 360, sparking speculation that the action game would release outside PlayStation 3. This is not the case.
Nope.
Nope.
"Sorry, this product is not currently available to order," the statement reads. It's a welcome return to the rumour. But there are no plans to release Metal Gear Solid 4 on Xbox 360.
Metal Gear Solid 4: 25th Anniversary Edition includes trophy support and is due out in December in the United Kingdom for £20, or about $30. It is not clear if the game will release in the United States or other territories.
As part of its 25th anniversary celebration for the Metal Gear Solid franchise, Konami this summer announced Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes as well as a full-length feature film based on the series.

It's good if it is, so more people can play em.
Might as well put it on the Wii whilst they at it so Sheep can cry and realise that 360/PS3 are better.
Then on PC and dominate em all.
Konami gets happy, kojima makes more better games. Win.g0ddyX

Game sold millions on ps3 alone, plus epic must hate money for not bringing gears to ps3?
[QUOTE="jessejay420"]I'll make sure to set my DVR.-RenegadeClearly someone who never played one of the best games ever made and it's only on PS3. I did play it and i loved it  im just poking fun. :P
after owning the game for a day and beating it, then returning it, i can honestly say it's not exclusive to ps3, you can get a near identical experience from youtube, better if you count the removal of the **** stop and go game play segments between cutscenes.
I love how this is in the description: "MGS4 pushes the power of the PLAYSTATION® 3 to its limits with cutting edge graphics and surround sound. It also aims to be the hallmark title for the new DUALSHOCK®3 controller." :Psoulitane
Also it's MightyApe! A NZ site :3
Also checked the website out. It's just MGS4 25th anniversary edition with not Xbox version in sight.

never going to happen, there are alot of references to sony in the game and going through and removing all that isn't cheap
