Microsoft: 2011 is going to be great for 'core' Xbox gamers

Hope so.... The 360 is still my main system of choice with multiplats, but seriously....

Remembre the days when Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and Tales of Vesperia came out....AROUND all the great Halo, Gears, and Forza games?!?!

The 360 was the bee's knees. Now that MS has hit a sales milestone, I find myself purchasing more Sony exclusives despite the network downtime.

Well I certainly hope MS makes good on that promise.

1. a new 360 exclusive (not FPS just please...new genre)

2. Kinect Support on Core games

Sorry, what Microsoft views as "core" Kinect games doesn't translate to core for me.

This really indicates what they are gonna show on E3, new trailers of multiplat .......... as usual.

Dont forget Halo Combat Evolved remake and Forza 4 with Kinect support. Just to add a few. I am sure The Elder Scrolls will have some XBOX exclusive items or expansions too. MS had too put alot of eggs in the Kinect basket to get it off and running and now that it is doing awsome the have the time and money to pump into studios for more exclusives. This is a new begining!

Anyhoo, old news but it has been a good year for gaming as just like the past few years, there's more games to play then I have time to play them all.

It said "10 or more core Kinect games" which means.. nothing.

Its so damn pathetic that MS with its bizillions can't get more than 1-2 exclusives per year, seriously wtf is that?silversix_

They made the decision to buy Skype instead of investing money into first party studios

I know they can do both pretty easily, it's sad that they have so much money but have such a weak first party studio lineup , there's really no excuse.
