Microsoft is going to deliver with 720! Just wait...

Everybody on the forums is bashing Microsoft, Xbox fans dont seem to know what to expect leaving them in dissaray and hyping CGI trailers from years ago as 720 games BUT

When the time comes people will see that Microsoft is better at this game than Sony..

PS4 may be more powerful but Microsoft does marketing better and with Kinect you know they will be successful. The "Casuals" will flock to the 720 like they did the Wii now that Wii-U is irrelevant. Sony can continue delivering movies and "exclusives", all Microsoft needs is HaloGearsForza and PC exclusives along with Kinect. We're set!

i just hope they deliver free online play and have a ps+ like subscription for people that want to pay for more, if they do that i can consider buying it if it has some good exclusives

Kinect 2.0 won't be able to sell systems. The attach rate for Kinect was piss poor and the motion gaming fad is long dead. The casuals who bought Kinect are too busy with their ipads now and won't invest in Kinect again knowing from previous experiences that it won't be supported with games or apps. Kinect 2.0 will flop pretty bad.

I bad Microsoft because I want and expect them to do better. Only an idiot would want all the companies to fail and one to reign supreme. That way there's no competition and it's worse for the customer. If Microsoft hadn't man handled Sony with the 360 in the beginning of this gen, the PS3 certainly wouldn't have been as good as it is now, and Sony wouldn't have learned from their failures and use those lessons to create the PS4. We might have gotten another hard-to-develop-for console with the same faults as PS3. I definitely want Microsoft to be competitive with their 720 since it'll only benefit me as a gamer ;).

I'm more of a Lem than anything else but I like where Sony is going with the PS4 next gen .

MS might still surprise us though but I'm afraid it will turn out to be some sort of multimedia Kinect system where gaming is just one of the options, Jack of all trades but master of none .

The 3DO and CDI already tried that .
