that is total bs. MS points have always been 80 points per dollar. that has never changed. as for psn cards, if you try to buy something on psn for $19.99 with a $20 psn card, you can't because sony charges taxes for EVERY item sold. Ms only charges taxes for buying points, not dlc, game add-ons, tv shows or movies.
tax is actually determine by the state you live in. here in Illinois, we dont get charged tax on the PSN card itself, but we actually get charged on the store. Personally i wish they lower games to the point where a $20 PSN card is all you need to buy a $19.99 or 2 $9.99 game
