[QUOTE="TheGuardian03"]Still mad about Twisted Metal getting an 8.0 eh ? :lol:Banjo_Kongfooie
I do not need to be mad at that anymore, what is done is done. That 8 did not change my opinion of Jaffe or Twisted Metal PS3 (I still find it amusing they had to throw in a free game to sell it).
Jaffe has earned every bit of scorn he gets from me and many other gamers... What kind of professional trashes their own games and the hardwork by their teams. He goes and race baits and whines on youtube as well.
The review of the game enrages me as it is the biggest contradicting piece of journalism I have scene.
Lets break it down.
- Vast, complex, largely destructible environments( Okay sure)
- Diverse assortment of weapons calls for on-the-fly tactical smarts(Lol so it has tactics? and weapons variety??? Plenty of games do)
- Responsive controls let you react to constantly evolving dangers(So the controls are not broken and that is a major plus?)
- Campaign has great cutscenes and memorable boss battles(Like any campaign should and many do but CONTRADICTION)
- Odd narrative disconnect between vehicles and drivers (So great cutscenes with disconnections in characters???)
- Online competition is fast and thrilling. ( CONTRADICTION)
- Online connectivity issues and other quirks. (So Online is not fast and thrilling afterall).
See how I just unraveled the yarn that was this AAE titles claim to fame? I have exposed why this game does not deserve an 8 yet I am the fanboy for pointing out the contradictions.
Whatever, call me all the names you want... I will keep writing letters to gamespot until they lower the score to atleast a 7. We will see what happens, its not about how hard you can hit but how hard you can get hit and keep going remember that.
Wow you're pathetic.
