Europe is kinda being won over by the PS3 right now, it should be interesting to see how 2008 turns out.

They have no choice but to drop the price next year... I believe all the people that are willing to buy a 360 at its current price will have one in the not to distant future. A saturated market. Drop the price to lure more customers that weren't willing to pay $350 for a console but are willing to pay $200-300 for one.

No i don't think they could sell much more than normal, price drops or not.
People have pretty much decided what they want, there is no shortage of x360's.

idk, unless MS sells 360s in japan thats the only way thats going to happen and i really dont see that happening because the ps3 has GT5 and MGS4 comming out

also now that the Halo 3 has come idk how its going to match the sales that Halo caused, it should be interesting to see how the 360 sells next year

LOL. Im sorry, but that is Wishful thinking FTW right there. Sony is basically Vice gripping Europe right now. and 360 really dosent have a "equal to 2007 in quality" lineup in 08. black_awpN1

it has a great line up, but they arnt going to have the Halo 3 in 08 to sell alot of units like they did in 07
while the ps3 has 2 system sellers in GT5 and MGS4 and the wii has SSBB

also the ps3 has one thing the 360 dosnt, and that is the success of the ps2. I know ppl who want a ps3 just because they liked there ps2 so much

Isn't the PS3 successful in Europe because there's no region lock and europeans always get shafted for new game releases? That might be a motivation for them to get the PS3.radiocreed

I'll ask again, how many did the ps3 sell this year? I'd look for myself, but the fact is i don't spend my free time looking for sales numbers, so I have no idea where to get them from or which sources are credible.

I think this year the PS3 and 360 will sell at a higher overall rate(Month by Month)then last year because of more games being released during Jan through Spring.

Burnout Paradise(Jan)

Lost Odyssey (Feb)

Devil May Cry 4 (Feb)

Grand Theft Auto IV(March-Spring)

MGS4(March-Spring)
