This list does look really good. I don't see my other systems (PS3 and maybe Wii) getting much use if true. Looks like a PC360 year.

Give me Heavy Rain and Uncharted 2. The rest = meh for me. I hope they can truly evolve GoW as a franchise, and also R&C. Both have become worn out.

I honestly don't see what is so mindblowing about that sony list. Taht's not a fanboy talking either. It's a solid list but it's only a few games. Uncharted 2 will be awesome. God of War as well. MAG will be cool. So will Fat Princess and White knight chronicles will be a solid rpg along the lines of tales of vesparia. Heavy Rain. I dont see anything there that is mindblowing and forcing me to spend $500 though..... It's basically 3 or 4 games i would buy. Mass EFfect 2, Alan Wake, Forza 3, Splinter cell, Lost Planet 2 and a GTA add on and the lot is just as impressive to me and you know there is more to come from both systems.

Just because other games have had it, doesn't mean the trend will continue. Gran Turismo usually sells extremely well, but you also have to look at the install base of the PS3. I can see it attaining similar sales to GT5: Prologue, meaning I could see around 4-5 million. Amazing sales, yes, but not indicitave of an amazing game.

We will see.

and sony's one have (so history says) more impact, at leats for sequels.

To say PC/X360 games are multiplatform games is sort of dumb considering all these companies have to do is mark down the price by $10 and put a PC label on the game, whereas changing a 360 game to a PS3 game requires a little more work (sometimes a lot), and if it makes you feel better, just call the games Microsoft exclusives (the PC games are technically games for Windows) because I guess that's what the technically are, but it's just dumb considering that a gaming PC is ultimately like an expensive version of a 360 with a hardware update and a standardized version of Microsoft's OS (360 has basically a specialized version of Windows Vista). But the Microsoft lineup is starting to look quite nice, hopefully these games are released this year (doubt that though).Z0MBIES
