Expect slow start to OneX sales, but world cup next year. expect a big slash in 4K TV prices then you should see a pick up in 4K console purchases, which to be honest I would expect both the Pro and OneX to benefit from.

Unlike the Pro, the 1X, as has been stated time and again, was designed to auto-benefit already released X1 games played on it, even without specific 1X patches/enhancements. Already there was an impressive list of major titles receiving special developer attention including WITCHER 3, a title that dev had previously said they wouldn't bother upgrading for the Pro. Many games built with dynamic resolutions such as Doom won't require dev patching to run in higher resolutions. Console is still near half a year from release, is already receiving support for older games from 3rd parties, and Xbox haters like you already want to declare with perpetuity what these devs won't ever do for the 1X, when it's already looking like they will make the effort.

I waited an extra year for a more capable 4k gaming console that doesn't 100% require dev patching to make my existing games look better, runs more games in native 4k at higher fps, and the 4k blu ray player.

You actually just argued that someone with a 1S should have no reason to upgrade...when 1X is like 5x the machine a 1S is. If someone is a console gamer and has a 4k TV 1X is the most capable gaming device. Taste in games is entirely subjective.

I would assume that the XboneX will have a similar uptake in enhanced titles as the Pro.

That being said, having two consoles with superior capabilities just might increase the number of developers putting effort in increased performance.

Having the XboneX out will only benefit the Pro. I could certainly use more enhanced titles on my Pro.

Microsoft advertised the console to be a 4K native machine. It's just weird xbox gamer's on here ignore that now! The specs are not that special to be 500$ The CPU is a jaguar and GPU is RX480 upclocked.

Microsoft boasted about the CPU calling it custom. Now we see third party 30 fps games. I thought the GPU was modified to do 4K native, again games are a lower resolution. It's not the upgrade MS promised. There is no denying xbox one x is the better console, but MS claims about the console are not real, least it seems that way right now.

We can talk about the xbox one x power,all day long. I can say right now the only system demonstrating first party power, is the PS4

I don't think you understand technology, xbox made a 4k gaming machine but said developers can do what they want with that power. No one has to dump all their eggs in the resolution basket or fps as there are tradeoffs for improving different types of visuals. It will essentially take what ps4 pro does and do that at true 4k. And several games show of some really good first party power, but M$'s games are designed entirely being the best visuals really, look at sea of theives and crackdown, its far more style over high fidelity graphics, and far more about gameplay. I actually don't really like very many sony top tier games because they are essentially partial cinematic stories told through a lot of scripted gameplay. And take a step back and realize even a 1080ti and up struggle with 4k depending on the fidelity of the assets used and the scale of the game.
