Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Dead Space... They all started well and you know what happened after the first game.

Great news. I thought from now on they were going to release a new BF every two years. So this is a relief

Great news. I still have the original. I should play through it again.

I am about half way through the first game. I was playing one night and got terrible motion sickness due to how narrow the FOV is. When the game is open out in the city it is fine, but I was going through a bunch of small rooms and started feeling ill. After that I didn't feel like playing again

Well it would be cheaper. As for a multiform engine the UE3 was perfect. Looked good on console and still one of the best looking games on PC.

First game is awful, not very excited for a sequel.

Loved the first, cant wait to see how they handle this.

People should be prepared for this anyway. It's naive to think it won't have MP.

Likely a racing type thing though like time trials etc. Might be cool, but likely a once off and never again type of MP

Or maybe even co-op? There's lots of room for the devs to play around. The first game had its problems, but there's a ton of potential here for them to deliver so much more.

hell yes! the first game was excellent. it had a few rough edges, but the premise was really cool.

if ea screws it up, i will quite possibly refuse to buy anymore of their games. i'm just about sick of their crap. this is their chance to redeem themselves.

it's not the idea of multiplayer in mirror's edge that scares me, (in fact, i think that could pretty cool), but rather this guy's attitude. he's essentially saying "hey guess what? we don't care about quality. we care about milking as much cash out of each game as possible."

A game like Mirrors Edge 2 would get slaughtered in that enviroment.

What they need to do is drop the god aweful Unreal Engine and slap the Frostbite 2 engine on it then release it for the current systems.
