F-Zero X 3D. Calling it now and later having Shiggy saying he might kill that franchise off if he doesn't get the sales (like he did Star Fox).nintendoboy16Oh, still thinking about the worse I see. Anyway, interested in seeing what happens.
It was thanks to GX, GP Legend and Climax that Nintendo shelved the series (Miyamoto also admitting to not liking that game).I'd buy a new F-Zero. I dunno why the series has been dormant since GX.

Not sure what is to get excited about, because I got the vibe that he really doesn't give a **** about F-Zero from a response like that. *Sigh* I guess I'll go back to playing F-Zero GX for the next 5 years. :(
Hmmm.... I swear, that article seemed to copy and pasted some old article from last year. Because he didn't provide any source other than Edge Magazine
I'd like a Lttp remake as much as the next guy, but brow nosers? Yes I'm sure we're all just pretending to like SSThe return of the greatest Zelda ever.
Perhaps now those SS brown nosers will learn a thing or two about a GOOD Zelda title.

yeah my bad, I kinda set myself up for thatBig fan of F-Zero but Nintendo needs to piss off with all of these damn remakes. How many times have we already seen Mario 64 remade? Please Nintendo- Attempt to make something different.
Yay more bunny link!
Though I don't want a remake. Remakes are meh. The only remake that I would like is a Xenogears remake, and only because people can't shumup about how great it is and I can't play it.
LttP is Aonuma's favorite game of all time and his first game at Nintendo was a clone of LttP. He also said that he wanted to remake it so I think it could be true.
Would love to see a LttP sequel! May be up for a remake since it hasnt been done yet, provided to they added enough to it.
Only once. If they ever remake an F-Zero, I can't blame them as like Star Fox, that series had a popularity decrease for who knows what reason.Big fan of F-Zero but Nintendo needs to piss off with all of these damn remakes. Once?
Once. Plus They release it for the Virtual Console. The fact is unless they make some dramatic changes it will be pointless. The Zelda and Starfox changes have not been much different either. It is the same with Sony re-releasing all of the PS2 games and not putting any effort into making them better. The only exception being the Sly Collection which no one bought. I had to track it down online because they already quit making new copies.[QUOTE="WarTornRuston"]Only once. Starfox has lost popularity because Nintendo does not listen to its fans. Adventures was alright but it was not Starfox. The Namco disaster (Assault sucked.) The DS version was lame, and the remake was a remake. It is Nintendo's fault for Starfox not meeting their expectations because they will not make a true Starfox game. As for F-Zero GX that was the best game of the last generation in my opinion and other than the 2 levels with tunnels and riding on the outside of the pipes I thought the game was perfect. But again, I do not want it again unless it is a HD downloadable game for $15 or less.Big fan of F-Zero but Nintendo needs to piss off with all of these damn remakes. Seriously, hardly ANYONE has cared for F-Zero (same deal with Star Fox) since GX. Don't be surprised if they ship a remake instead of a new game.
I'd like a new Zelda all together... ALttP is great, but many people tend to overvalue it. It's already on a handheld anyways.
Personally I love remakes of games I enjoy. They are normally done with B or C teams, so they don't take away from other games. Then I also get to enjoy a game I love redone with nicer graphics. Then as a Dad I tell you make kids don't get try to play many of the older games, so I like seeing people enjoy the games I loved as a kid.Great....more remakes of 10+ year old games

A Link to the Past sequel would be awesome. Maybe with a loose connection to the Oracle games since those are the next games in the timeline.Kaze_no_Mirai
Perhaps we could get an e-shop series going. Start with ALttP 3D Classic, and go on from there.

That's what I was thinking :P If they do a 3D remake I think it's likely it will be an eShop release. If it's a sequel it would be awesome to release it as an eShop title. This is pushing it, but what would be amazing is if they released a "Zelda create" tool of sorts, where users could construct their own land/dungeons/etc.
Different versions of F-Zero should be on both systems.EponiqueTrue, it would help repopularize the series (especially if they can integrate the Super Guide), but my ideal would be a new 2D console Zelda. It might make a new 2D console Metroid more appealing for them financially.
I hate to be negative Nancy over here but I really hate that the "fans" want a F-Zero game so badly when the series sells extremely poor. Do people remember playing the F-Zero games? They take loads of dedication and though a modern version would be cool, I get this feeling that people want a game that is not the essence of what F-Zero is. If that is the case (more often times it is) then I would much rather have a new IP.
As for AttP, I dont think that is going to happen anytime soon (if ever). Nintendo already confirmed that they are working on two Zelda games for the 3ds, one of which is completely new.
