Modern Warfare 3 vs Battlefield 3 (poll)

This fall has a lot of great games to offer. Which fps are you most excited about?

This thread seems familiar, and Battlefield 3.

Battlefield looks amazing but to be honest if i see both on the shelf same day i'll go with MW3

Im done with the CoD franchise. I cant even stand to play Blops or MW 2 anymore. BFBC2 is so superior its not even funny. Ill leave MW 3 to the 10-18 year olds. Its a pretty well known fact that the BF series has an older, more mature crowd!

Battlefield 3 all the way. Sad thing is that most of my friends would rather play the console version of MW3 than the PC version of Battlefield 3 even if they did have a powerful gaming rig.

How can we even be discussing this after the awesomeness of the Skyrim trailer? I still have the chills...

In all seriousness, MW3 has no official media yet so it's impossible to fairly decide between the two, but BF3 did look awesome.

Its sort of a no brainer. I think people are going to start getting burned out with the cod series especially since its been going downhill since cod4

Last night I played a few hours of bc2 and I am still having a blast with that game. There are so many reasons for me to have a gaming pc. After learning about the details for the pc version of battlefield3 I think the time has finally come for me to invest in a decent gaming rig.

I'm looking forward to both equally.

MW sp (seriously how can you not liked the action packed crazy campaign)

BF 3 for sp and mp (we all know whcih one is gonna be played the most though)

WEll I enjoy the BFBC series and the battlefield series is just that just on a grander scale. So yea battlefield 3 all the way. COD has always been my low tier shooter.

Battlefield comes first, then the cod games. Black ops dissapointed me and will no longer play cod unless BF 3 flops on console, wich i doubt.

BF3, Black Ops is the last call of duty I will buy...

Battlefield 3 lools more intesresting, mostly due to Frostbite 2.0's real time large scale destruction mentioned in the latest issue of Game Informer.

battlefield 3 will be the FPS that will define competitive squad based gameplay this generation, like BF 2 before it.

modern warfare 3, i don't play video games enough to dedicate the time it takes to get good at these games. call of duty , no matter how much hate it gets, is a pick up and play experience, + ive played the previous ones so im already pretty good at it.

I think i'm gonna end up getting BF3 on PS3 first PC later.

my saving up for PC is running into some financial problems, it'll be a while before i can get that version. still gonna love BF3.

I hate to be an elitist but I don't see how anybody could be excited for MW3. The future doesn't look too good for the MW series after the whole IW incident, and 3 devs working on one game isn't exactly a good sign.

BF3 for me.

The ONLY way CoD will survive is if they get out of 1998 style gaming and make something more like BF3.
