I can't imagine how anything but the bows and crossbows will work with motion controls. :P

I'm assuming waggle ala Zelda TP will be the obvious route... but seeing how there is still lots of time for this to be out, proper MotionPlus controls are not out of the equation. *hopes*

I'll be getting it. I have the one for the PS2 and the 2 version that came out on the PSP. The game is pretty awesome. They need to bring this out on the XBox 360 and PS3. I would love to play this on XBox Live with my buddies.

Nice, loved the PSP versions. The online seems great and it looks great too. Hopefully they improve even more by the time of release and implement M+.

From what I could gather the games online aspects are 4 player co-op where you do different kinds of quests ,tho it seems like in Monster Hunter tri its more open.

The metacritic and gamerankings scores are above 7.0 wich is "good" by gamespot standards. The below average reviews seem to be the gamespot reviews only. Anyhow, I never played a Monster Hunter game and untill then I'll keep my eye on this one.

This is how the controls are for the other versions: Triangle - Attack/Reload Circle - Attack 2/ Scroll items to the right Triangle + Circle - Attack 3 Square - use item/ Unshealth&Sheath weapon / Scroll item to the left R - Run/Demon mode/Aim L - Reposition camera / Enable scrolling of items D pad - Camera Dpad + L - Aiming Select - Kick Start - Menu PS2 version R3 - attack L2 & R2 - Scroll item left & Right

Nice thread. Game looks very good and if I remember correctly the game is only 33% done. The psp Monster Hunter had quite a good amount of content and with the bigger size of the Wii disc this game should have a butt load of content. Cant wait to see this game in action at TGS.

New famitsu scans

・ New Hunter CG outfit ・ Different monsters seems to attack together and in packs. ・ 5 New Monsters: - Sea Dragon ・ A new green coloured bird-like creature which had the power similar to the Hunting Horn weapon. Able to fly and restore health to fellow monsters attacking together with it. ・ Those 3 Dilophosaurus like creatures in the OP. Monster Hunter 3 Tri is set to release in 2009.

lol yea, not sure why though i hate playing on the PSP lock on would be awesome cuz i hate the way u have to turn the camera its so annoying
