The people complaining about this being on a handheld must not play many games that way. This game is perfect for handhelds and yes you can get immersed in game worlds on handhelds thank you very much.

Yep that's right but you can't deny the fact that production value, presentation and overall technical aspects take a hit while being on a handheld.

Presentation and tech aspects I agree with you, but production values on some handheld games have been very high. I hope this one turns out to be a polished gem of greatness in my palms.

I do plan on picking it up. I just wish it was coming out on the PS3 or 360 and maybe even the Wii.

lol at people complaining about this being on a handheld  Go read the reviews for GTA:CW if you think handhelds can't do what the big systems can. I mean they only praised GTA:CW for having content they hope future iterations of GTA get. So much for being dumbed down for a handheld.

Anyways, I never played Okami, so I donno about this. If it's a sequel I'd want to play the first one before hand.

Its not like that at all. A lot of people including my self would love to see an Okami sequel on consoles because of the art style. Imagine how gorgeous this would look on the PS3. But hey I'm happy there is a new Okami title in the works period. The first one is one of the best PS2 games I've played. I expect Okamiden to be a special gem too.

They should have kept it for consoles. Imagine a next gen Okami! :(aaronmullan
just easier for them to make it on the ds, and its almost assumed to probably have stellar sales

Wow. I remember thinking when i first got Okami, "this game would be perfect for ds." I never thought it would happen! The graphics look amazing! The DS is unstoppable. The only thing it is losing to is PC!
