I'm going with Assassin's Creed, especially because I loved the first one so much. Looks like they improved it immensely.

Assassin's Creed 2 but Uncharted 2 is a very close 2nd.

Realy close between MW 2 and uncharted 2.damn have to go withuncharted 2gonna get them both though.

I was really excited about SC2 when they first started showing it, but that was a long time ago and the recent news surrounding the game have left me uninterested.
