Most Graphically Perfect/Beautiful Game Ever (any gaming system)

Mass Effect 2's graphics are flawless in every way. It runs at a solid 30 fps constant now. Its so colorful and varied, striking and picturesque. Its breathtaking. But seriously, id honestly give it to The Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind. Its graphics aren't that great, but theres something about it that is so impressively perfect, you cant put it down.

I'd argue GTA 4. While it looks ugly somethings (during a certain time of day), there are other times where it just looks jaw-dropping, and a good example is during a night time thunderstorm.
