MOST overrated AND underrated titles of the year??

using gamerankings.com , which games do you feel have been overrated or underrated by reviewers overall this year?

Overrated- C&C3, CoD4, Halo 3, Bioshock

Underrated- The Witcher, STALKER

OVerrated - Halo 3, Lair

Underrated - R&C, UT3

Lair was overrated...that game was complete crap....even the ratings that it got were too generous

overrated:

halo 3- I think a game should be judged by its single player. Need I say more?

rachet and clank- by gamerankings, and probably by gamespot too. Not a good game, 7.5 flatters it

warioware- great game, but really AA territory. Its scope is so small

Overrated: Halo 3 (just barely--around 8.5ish material)

Underrated: Mass Effect

Overrated - Halo 3 (you may argue about the Warioware, but at least wario brought something new, unique ands fun)

Underrated - maybe Rachet and Clank 3

So did Halo 3. The big difference is that Halo 3 was hyped like a second coming of Jesus. Warioware was not hyped though it should get a lower score 8.5, but due to it's uniqueness, fun, genre, and good demonstration of the Wiimote, it should get about 8.0-8.5. Halo 3 should have got an 8.5-9.0 like the other FPS games released this year.

I totally agree with Metroid Prime being underrated, it was one of the best games of 2007 and it didn't got any nomination in the GS 2007 awards (not even in the best wii game)

amazing indeed, these game deserves more attention

Overrated - Assasin's Creed. I'd give it less than 7/10, it's only fun for a short time imo.

Underrated - PGR4. Liked it more than Forza even.

Underrated: Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Metroid Prime 3

Overrated: Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 and Halo 3 (only because it was beat in the awards by a game that scored lower than it :? )
