Sticking popular series in the poll and not overrated ones = fail. poll should say Halo Mario Zelda FinalFantasy ect, Sony has no overrated games this gen cause unlike the others they created new series and killed most of the old. This has caused them to be unheard of in the real world.

I can't really blame the Call of Duty series but in paticular COD:MW2. COD4 was fine but I thought the MW2 was when Infinity Wards started losing their touch to the franchise.
What I find overrated? Elder Scrolls. The entire franchise is boring. but people love their games, they sell millions, get 90+ on metacritic, and win Game of the Year Awards. I would assume the game probably isn't overrated, as much as I just can't appreciate it.

COD 4 was worthy of the AAA reviews. Noobieness aside, it was FUN!. Like you know the whole damn point of videogames. Plus the campaign was far more refreshing compared to what the other WW2 shooters had already done. Was it redesigning the entire formula? hell no. It was COD with a new coat of paint. The execution on the other hand was exceptional in many areas. Tightly paced, good level design, and some good presentation work. COD 4 earned that AAA spot, both it and COD 1 are the only COD games worthy of that AAA mark to be frank.

About halo, I have heard that from a few people lol but they are just trolling and having fun. But I find these games very fun, i played both of them yesterday and fans overate them because maybe they want people like cows to play them and not crap on it first? (just a theory but i used to be one of those people that craped on halo)

I enjoyed COD4. The online was like crack to me. But i didn't get the same feeling when i played Halo online. However I don't think Halo is overrated because calling a game overrated is someone's OPINION.
I was going to say God of War since i never understood what was so good about the first two, but ive just got the third one and ive been playing that and wow :shock: its epic. So my vote goes to Call of Duty. And no I don't find it overrated, I just don't agree with the scores.

Like when my bro got a 360 in Jan 2008, he got Halo 3 and Cod 4 and i thought that COD was the best game i have ever played at the time because i have never played a game like it but you know....i was wrong.
Out of the list, I gotta say FF. I dont see how COD is now overrated. The game delivers. So does MGS and GoW Halo, the campaign is a bore but the MP keeps it going and expanding.

I don't even agree with them, I found COD4 a bit disappointing too. WaW should be a point lower too, Zombie Mode FTW though.
