He is a God, which is why he is capable of those things. I think that downplays his accomplishments, not magnifies them.

If you insist on comparing them you should consider that the 'Gods' Kratos kills are easily dispatched with bladed weapons. The Greek gods are as powerful as people who lived with bronze age weapons could envision...which is to say, total wimps by todays standards. Some dirt bag from the 'hood with a 38 would be the god of all gods to ancient greeks.

So yah, if you insist on comparing them then technology wins, as it does in real life.

There's no need for this silly "contest" to exist because Kratos as a character kills the gods themselves. He may be the most powerful game character ever which really means there's no point in this existing.

yes but how will any of them beat the player stand-in from God games such as Sim City and the Sims? These characters have no corporeal or aethereal being, but can manipulate millions of tons of earth around in an instant. Their actions often start out benevolent but can easily descend into pety sadism for no other reason other than to pass through a moment of boredom. GunSmith1_basic

The player is at the ultimate will of the game in those instances. In The Sims Sim City, your limited by monitization and society around you. You can move a mountain but all Kratos has to do is hold his blatter and the stand-in player will eventually fail.

Even with melee weapons Chief would still butcher Kratos. Doubt Kratos could even get through his armor, and once he discovers Chief has regenerating health and shields he would run away. Successfully I might add, since Chief can't sprint.
