Remeber the "Adoring Fan" from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion?
Sorry if I brought back horrible memories.
Anyway, trapping him in a room with a Lych...
So satisfying...
Man, I just told him to go away but man you guys are brutal... Dude, I love your sig :oMy favorite level in the original Halo actually, where it had two platforms with a number of levels and in the middle of two platforms was just in empty space. Those matches always took so long to finish because me and my buds just loved to pick a spot and try and find each other to snipe. Those kills always felt good.
Man, good times....
Kantus in Gears of War 2.
Always jumping around throwing poison grenades, reviving locusts, spawning tickers, and they've got the burst pistol. ARGH Motha****ers!
Love killing them.
A helghast yelled "catch this" then chucked a grenade at me. it was pretty satisfying to kill him :DCouth_lol Gotta agree with this.:D
ship to ship I think was its name.My favorite level in the original Halo actually, where it had two platforms with a number of levels and in the middle of two platforms was just in empty space. My favorite thing is when you are playing a multiplayer FPS and your a sniper. Then when you catch someone else who is a sniper and is aiming at you, then BAM you get a shot off before they do and kill that little bastard! Edwardo212
I remember in TF 2 I did that afew times, it does feel good. Or was aiming for one enemy but he moved out of the way and you got a head shot on the sniper behind him (probably using the guy for "cover"). But there were afew times I was not as fast on the trigger and we fired at the same time, both getting headshots. One of the funnier moments of TF 2.
Another satisfying enemy kill is spies in TF 2. I remember I was going to the enemy sewer noticed I have someone following me, wacked him with my wrench and it turns out to be a spy (who turned out to had been following me for a long time)

That map was pretty fun, great snipers map. I do remember almost killing someone on the otherside wtih a Grenade on that map, I judged the distance and got an almost prefect arc to put it near him. I was able to snipe him after he moved out of cover. (though someone was moving behind him).
And that flying demon thing in bloodYeah Painkiller was sick, hope they make it for PS360 (but analog control would probably ruin it).
I'm surprised I haven't seen any enemies from Doom I/II. Shotgun to an Imp is particularly sweet, always loved that animation. It seems the blood comes from the head but just spreads all over its body.
Then I also liked killing those guys in robes in Blood for PC. They scream like AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!
THE most satisfying though has to be CS1.6/Source headshots. Source in particular as the added physics really kick arse.

Grunts in Halo CE with the back of the pistol  or the horde zombies in L4D with the shotgun.
EDIT;
bloodsuckers in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.dreamachine
of course! how could i forget?! The first time you encounter one (in the underground of the research institute) you are like "ARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! WHAT THE ****!"
those things are just insane.
Grunts in halo 3, especially when theyre running away from you
also I found the enemies in the fear 2 demo to make satisfying kills. They react to bullets pretty well and the cmera shakes when you shoot so the wepons feel pretty good.
Though this enemy is unkillible, being able to work with it is fantastic.
And that enemy would be the Zone in STALKER.
