Mario Kart 64, i played that game for months with friends, it trully is a wonder of a game, and its miraculously underrated by GS ( 6.7, give me a break).

Fallout New Vegas. It's the best RPG this gen and scored a 7.5 here. HoolaHoopMan

It scored a rightfull 8.5 on the PC, i think that's well deserved due to the bugs (that eventually got fixed.. so yeah). It is a vastly superior game compared to the Fallout 3 though. Since the PC has higher standards, the definite PC version (with the patches) would have probably scored a 9.5.

Batman. Deserved .5 more than it got.

InFamous 2, I just have to play through the game on Evil and Hard to Platinum it.
It's a 9.0 minimum IMO, it is definitely better than 1, but 7.5 is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to low.

I agree, New Vegas had a been there done that feel to it.

Also I think it's silly when certian games get different scores for minor graphical differences like Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 but CoD gets a free pass. Wii version of Black Ops 9.0? Ok Gamespot.

I can understand it not getting as high of a score as PoR, but a 6.0?! idk what he was expecting, but the "laughable plot" was as good as any other FE game. and I have no clue how he can say it's too hard when they give you an easy mode and allow you to save mid-battle. he must have been truly awful if that was too much for him.. and he actually had the nerve to suggest mii support and motion controls.. how the hell would that work??

I must have been lucky because I encountered no bugs. I thought the performance was pretty much on par with Fallout 3 and I agree that NV is the better game

First Uncharted, inFAMOUS 2. It was at least a 9.0, after playing through the first 13 story missions, it's some prime material.

ModNation Racers was also great. I don't know why some didn't like it/ the hype died down. I have been excited for it since E3 '09.

deBlob was also great.

Alan Wake, I didn't agree with that score at all.

Fable 2 and Fable 3, like what? They deserved a little boost.

Alan Wake score is fine, it's not the greatest game.

Fable 2 and Fable 3 deserved lower scores, especially Fable 2. That game was atrocious.

Fallout: New Vegas deserves a 9.0.

The most underrated game ever on Gamespot:

A 3.5? REALLY??? How can this game possibly be worse than Sonic 06? There are games that scored 6.0 and are worse than Sonic Unleashed.

And then Sonic Colors comes out and everyone praises it for being "Sonic's comeback." Sonic Unleashed was his true comeback because the gameplay in Sonic Colors is the same as the gameplay in Sonic Unleashed, minus the God of War stuff. I guess the reviewers played the first werehog level and then cried about how it's not like the old Sonic games.

And there's this game:

Another great game that doesn't get the respect and attention it deserves. Most people brush it off as just another Naruto shovelware title, and reviewers say that it's only good for people who like the anime. But it's still an excelent fighter, anyone can enjoy playing this game. The game is extremely polished and you gotta respect the attention to detail. It's not just some shovelware title that the company made simply because they knew Naruto would sell. They worked hard on this game and stayed as true to the anime as possible while providing an experience that anyone who doesn't already know about the anime can enjoy.

Infamous 2, holy crap that messed up on that one

Brink. I really think this game is amazing, after the patch it's an amazingly fast paced and team-work centric game

Manhunt. An 8.3 just doesn't do it justice imo.

Some games that people think should be higher-rated:

Mirrors Edge. Just no. I mean it looks fantasitc and plays well for a while, but some lame combat and some bad level design make free running less pleasureable. A horrible story aswell, which should focus more on the spirit of parkour.

Metro 2033: Really? I mean the game oozed atmosphere, but some lame stealth sections and rather boring fights kinda ruined it. I reckon it's potential is way high, and it's actually one of the most memorable games I've played

Knights in the Nightmare. The game is an easy 9.5. Also, Spirit Tracks. The game is leaps and bounds ahead of Phantom Hourglass.
